CAR PARKING

• There will be car parking available at the Salthouse Fields pay and display car park and this will be signposted from the main road.
• There will be no marshal present in the car park so please be considerate of other users. In the unlikely event that the car park is full, please use the section of road directly outside the car park gates.
• Please note that cars are left at the owners risk and no responsibility will be taken for them by the Clevedon Aquathlon.

• Please note that in the event of bad weather, the Aquathlon WILL go ahead unless it is deemed to be dangerous.
• If you have any queries on the day please use the contacts at the end of this race pack.

• Short race – 1 Lap 400m swim 3000m run
• Long race – 2 Laps 800m swim 6000m run

• Registration will be open from 8.30am at the registration tent by tennis courts- last entries accepted 9.50am.
• First swimmers will enter the water at 10.30am so must be ready at lakeside by 10.15am for briefing.
• Any changes to start times will be given to you at registration.
• If you are not present at briefing this will hold up the race and we may have to start without you.

• Upon arrival, all competitors must register at the registration tent by the tennis courts:
• At registration you will be given your race number and coloured swimming hat.
• You will also have your race number written onto the back of your hand and will be given details of any changes to the programme.

• There are currently no changing facilities at the Marine Lake and unfortunately no showers will be available after this event, you can change in the registration tent or the public toilets which are close to registration before the event – not after as they will not allow wet clothes etc in the toilets.
• You may at your own risk leave any of your kit in the registration tent neat and tidy.
