CONTINUATION OF LESSONS AND PAYMENT DETAILS
On the penultimate week of the swimming term all swimmers will be given a priority slip with next term dates, class time and payment details. If you wish to continue your lessons on the next course you will need to pay on the date shown.
If on that day you are unable to pay for the next course but you would like your child to continue lessons, you must leave a message or phone the appropriate teacher as shown on communication page otherwise there will be a strong possibility that your place will be filled.
On the last week of the swimming course there will be an administration lady in attendance, payment to be cash or cheque: Lessons Sunday - Thursday cheques payable to ‘Waves’.
Lessons on Friday and Saturday cheques payable to ‘Saturday Waves’
IF NO PAYMENT IS RECEIVED ON THE FIRST WEEK BACK AN ADMINISTRATION FEE OF £10.00 WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR BILL.
There is no time or age limit when you have to stop swimming with Waves.
HOLIDAYS
If a swimmer will be away on holiday for:
TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS in a HALF TERM and we are given the dates before commencement of course; we will reduce the fees by one lesson.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUND MADE FOR THOSE UNABLE TO ATTEND LESSONS
FEES FOR SEPTEMBER 2011
LESSONS RUN ONLY IN SCHOOL TERM TIME - FEES WILL BE DETERMINED BY AMOUNT OF WEEKS IN THE TERM
12 WEEK COURSE GROUP LESSONS
20/30 minute lessons = £67.80
20 minute pre-school lesson = £103.20
1 hour mini-squad lesson = £101.40
Families with 3 or more children attending swimming lessons will receive 50p per lesson per child reduction.
INDIVIDUAL
1 hour individual (divided into 3 x 20 min or 2 x 30 min) = £42.00
DUAL LESSON
1 hour dual (divided into 3 x 20 min or 2 x 30 min) = £51.60
